Tired of the Extremes?
With a combined total of 30+ years in the fitness space we wanted to shake up the typical fitness challenge. We have seen and participated in so many different challenges in the past. Each one came with their own unique approach or antidote to help you achieve a dream desired outcome. Often times this came with an “all in” approach or an elimination message. What we have found hosting and creating challenges for the last 15 years is that these types of challenges can also seem overwhelming and not a long term lifestyle change.
After many years of trials and real user feedback we have formulated a challenge that encapsulates Faith’s 3B method. Installing the 3B method into a challenge allowed the participants to find and create healthy long term routines that produced long lasting results.
What is the 3B Method:
Balance: routines that work with your lifestyle not against it.
Boundaries: learn how to set appropriate guardrails, and prioritize what's really important to you.
Breakthrough: discover how intention and consistency can lead to continued progress.
