With over 15+ years in the fitness space I wanted to shake up the typical fitness mindset. I have seen and participated in so many different challenges and exercise modalities in the past. Each one came with their own unique approach or antidote to help you achieve a dream desired outcome. Often times this came with an “all in” approach or an elimination message. What I have found working with clients of all ages for the last 15+ years is that "all in" can seem overwhelming and not a long term lifestyle change.

After many years of trials and real user feedback I have formulated a challenge that encapsulates a 3B method. Installing the 3B method into my programs allowed the individuals to find and create healthy long term routines that produced long lasting results.
